It was very good, the 2nd time. The service rep on the second call was very nice and professional. She was truly superb.
However, I would like to report the 1st call with the representative, who made a RACIST comment on my German language proficiency.
I have a German passport but wanted to continue the verification process in English. But the representative made a comment that, "IT IS A SHAME, that you don't speak GERMAN".
I speak good German but I wished to speak English during the verification process.
When I confronted him, he again said the same thing and disconnected the call.
I would like you to take action regarding this please. As this is not good for the company and it's reputation.
