Identity verification was really fast and straightforward. The lady I was talking to was really kind. The only thing I did not like is that you do not have a chance to say goodbye. After you submit the TAN code, it is done, the conversation is over and it looks like your connection is interrupted, or something went wrong. It is a little shock, but after few seconds you see that everything is actually fine. Over all, really nice and practical process.
