I am writing on placed the order *** (value of *** EUR).
The package (31. January 2017) arrived damaged, with a hole on the side and coins missing!
This is the damage to us:
1.10 coins were missing,
2.Remaining coins in the box were just thrown in,
3.Kangaroo coins were scratched (15 coins).
I paid *** EUR for postage. This is completely unacceptable! For *** EUR postage costs, we are expecting excellent service and securing of coins inside the package.
Who is responsible for this??? DHL is not taking any responsibility!
