Literally the worst service I have received in my life. I'm not sure if Germans are used to these *** practices and that justifies the overall grade, but HanseMerkur were rude and discriminatory to me the entire time that I was with them. I have been insulted and called a liar, a cheater and so on when I was only not aware of apparently obvious insurance practices after being in this country for 6 months. If you are a foreigner like me, go try another insurance. Would grade 0 if possible.
