Web site is in both languages, germans and english, whice induced an idea of internationalization. However, all relevant documents are in german, turning it inaccessible to foreign customers. Bad job. Third party firm in charge of certifying customer's documents (ID, address, bank) with no skills att all - they was unable in certifying my ID card (an european standard one!!), asking me for passport but I don'd have one (no travelling outside Europe), two out of three operators were rude and not educated (closing abrubtely the web window, without any help or simple explanation). After that I'm not confident in sharing my personal data with this kind of organization. All in all, not inspiring experience for a german company. Disappointed. Final note: please, delete my data in your servers, as per european legislation.
