All information provided beforehand was very helpful and easy to understand. The App Airdoctor was easy to use and I could directly make an appointment with a doctor via the app, and the insurance directly took care of the costs (without me having to do anything more about it). Additionally, submitting further invoices for medical treatment could easily be done online and the money was transferred after approximately 1 month.
