Video was interrupted several times.. Tech issues can irritatingly occur, I know. However, the person confirmning my ID could not, or would not, inform me of how long you keep images of my passport etc. This is utterly unacceptable. Furthermore, I was not informed in advance of what this ID confirmation process would entail. When I mentioned this, I was told abruptly that it was in the info that I originally signed for the company credit card. This was not only very pore customer service but, also rude.
You have an obligation to make any process as straight forward as possible with helpful CS representatives. IF this were for a private credit card, I would have refused your company and gone elsewhere, where customers are respected and valued. Not good enough and neither is some generic, cheap apology.
