On the 21st of march of 2017 i did 2 orders:
1 selling order (10 small gold coins)
1 buying order (4 kg silver).
Right after, i sent the coins. On the 26th of march i was informed that it was received but no iban for payment.
I asked if it was possible to use the value of the selling order to pay for the buying order and pay any € diference. And i added if not possible, a sended my data for the transfer.
On the 27th of march, i received an e-mail informing my buying order will be sent and received tracking link with number of parcel.
That link and number never worked. I informed mr *** of this and the response was to be pacient that it will be sent in a couple of day.
Untill today (more than a month after) i still did not receive the parcel or the money from the sale of coins.
I have be insisting via e-mail and received that o would receive info and i still did not receive it.
I must say i have been a client of Heubach and everything has been fine untill now.
I have been almost "beging" to receive information/clarification/justification for the delay.
I just want information, my money (of selling order) or parcel (of buying order).
Please mr ***, resolve this problem (i have been asking this via e-maill for the last month.

Als kompletter Neuling habe ich mir ,,Heubach,, ausgesucht da vom Internetauftritt gleich eine Sympathie entstanden ist . Habe jetzt schon einige Male etwas bestellt und bin super zufrieden . Ich werde wohl bei diesem Anbieter bleiben . Als Ottonormalverbraucher kann ich nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen .
